I am not easily impressed, but the cleaning ladies from WRCS Cleaning did an AMAZING job deep cleaning one of my Real Estate listings on Sanibel. The unit had drywall work done, was repainted and had new carpeting installed. Furniture had been piled up for over a year because of Hurricane Ian. After the deep clean, the unit looked like NEW. I was blown away by how thorough the condo was cleaned, including kitchen cabinets and kitchen appliances, inside and out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We had the best house keeper today, her name is Yamilti…she did an amazing job deep cleaning our home. I even postponed my window cleaner she did such an amazing job on our sliders and front doors. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been using WRCS for 7 years now to clean my Fort Myers rental. Jussania does a fantastic job having the house ready for each Guest.The company has been super responsive and very reliable. This past week i needed a save and last minute on a Saturday evening Mayana and Andrea came out and did a great job getting the house cleaned for the incoming guest. So appreciate them dropping everything and coming over to help Me out!!

You will pay for two cleaners only to find out they send one. They miss appointments. They show up late and leave early. The customer service is friendly but doesn’t actually follow through.

We have used this company over the last two years to clean a vacation home. When our family members use the home they can pretty much walk away and know that when this cleaning company is finished it will be in showroom shape. They are on time and do an outstanding job. I don't know the name of the individuals thatdo the cleaning but we dealt with Angela in setting this all up and we couldn't be happier. You won't be disappointed.

We used this cleaning service for the first time today. Jennifer came in and cleaned more in 3 hours, than most would do all day. Having dealt with numerous cleaners, JENNIFER is by far the best I have ever seen. Polite, well spoken, hard worker, and I just can't say enough good things about her. If you need cleaning done, call and ask for Jennifer.

My husband and I were very hesitant to rent a vacation home during this time with a 6 month old. The property owner assured us the house is cleaned by a company that follows the CDC guidelines, before and after we leave the property. Upon arriving to our vacation rental all of our worries and concerns immediately subsided. There are no words to describe how incredibly clean this house was and how safe and comfortable we felt, resulting in a fantastic getaway.

WRCS is simply the best. As a trilled customer I can gladly report that WRCS provided a cleaning service like none I have experienced. I have had cleaners in various places, San Francisco, Sacramento, NYC in my home and condo. I have had individuals and the larger nation wide service. None have been as amazing as WRCS. I began with a deep clean and then have had several follow up visits. The deep clean was more than expected. I walked into my condo and could "feel the clean". There wasn't a flaw to be found. Subsequent visits even went further building on the initial deep clean. These great folks are not hesitant about any special requests either. I've had them wash my kitchen walls in preparation for painting as well as polish some silver items. AND the cost is much lower than any I have encountered - even lower than what my individual cleaners have charged in the past. If you want your home clean, these are the people to call. Frankly you'd be wasting your time and money trying to find better.

I want to tell anyone out there about my cleaning and condo watch service. I’m a snowbird, spending 4 months in a Fort Myers Beach condo and 8 months in northern Wisconsin. I have been a customer of WRCS Cleaning Service for 4 years. They come in twice a month when I’m in Florida and do a perfect job. They check the condo once each month when I’m away.Much of FL is still without power after Sunday’s hurricane. If A/C units and refrigerators stop running mold takes over quickly. I sent a note this morning, Wednesday, to WRCS to ask if there was any chance someone could make an extra visit to my unit to check for damage? Here is part of the response which came a few minutes later:“A lot of people without energy and low on gas. We will go by your house today and I will let you know.”A few hours later WRCS called to say an employee was in my unit and reported that electricity was back on in the building, breaker switches had been flipped back on for the A/C and refrigerator, the fridge would be emptied and cleaned, and there was no damage to the unit.I appreciate the level of service WRCS provides routinely but to provide even more in the aftermath of a hurricane is just remarkable.

Today was my first cleaning with the company and Tania did an amazing job!! She went above and beyond paying close attention to detail. She did everything from cleaning our house, washing our sheets, making our beds, taking out our trash, washing our towels, and even made fun toilet paper folds!! I laid out all the cleaning products I wanted her to use and she even put them away when she was done. My husband works nights and sleeps during the day and she was considerate enough to let herself out of the garage so she didn't have to wake him. I will definitely be having them come regularly to our house!!

Have been fortunate to find WRCS several years ago and I am thrilled with my Cleaner Lena. She is so thorough I am more than satisfied with her skills.The management of the company is very professional! I have no complaints, that is why I recommend them to all my friends. I recommended them to my sister-in-law Liz several years ago and she is still with them. My snow bird neighbors have also gotten recommendations from me and call them when they are in town for a week or so, so that they can clean when they leave.

I recently hired WRCS Cleaning Service for our home. This is my first experience with a professional service as I'm very particular and wasn't comfortable with the idea of someone else doing our cleaning. Due to back issues, I really needed some help. After 2 visits from WRCS, I am so happy to have them! Liz does a much better job than I'm able to do. They are extremely professional and have excellent customer service! I receive an email and text reminder and a follow up email or call for feedback. I highly recommend WRCS!

I called to get an estimate to clean my house since I had just had surgery. My husband and I usually do it but I was out of commission and he was my caretaker. They responded to my message right away and came over to give me an estimate. I called them first based on the reviews. Van walked through the house room by room telling me what would be done, writing it for herself as well. She explained what they would do and not do. I would provide the cleaning supplies which I don't mind because I rather use what I like-allergies and cross contamination concerns. She gave me a list and also told me how to dilute the vinegar since I wanted to use something more natural. Elizabeth was the assigned cleaning lady who came to do the work. She went over what she would do that day which was what I had covered with Van on our first meeting. She worked diligently and efficiently and did a very good job. I am extremely picky and particular but I have to admit she exceeded my expectations. As I was alone that day and still in some pain, she kept asking me if I needed anything and made sure I was not over exerting myself. She wanted to make sure she had done everything to my liking. She is very astute and pays attention to where things are and how I like things;she only asks once and remembers the next time. She also speaks English. We have decided to continue with their services as we realize how much cleaning the house takes away from our quality time and Elizabeth does a much better job than I do-she knows all the tricks! My kitchen sink has not been this shiny since we replaced it and my bathroom shower was never this clean! It is money well spent!
